Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders and team, covering duties in their absence and guiding floor operations.

This role emphasizes Brand Training, guest experiences, safety, and driving topline sales at a single location, while upholding Dunkin' standards and franchisee policies. You will lead, coach and develop the crew to deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with basic software.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience leading teams in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training, scheduling, training, certification and brand standards.
• Maintain a guest focused culture and drive guest satisfaction.
• Assist in supplier and vendor orders and inventory.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach staff to drive sales and profitability.
