Job summary

Dunkin' in the United States is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Dunkin' team. You will support the Restaurant Manager in developing crew, shift leaders, and ensuring guest-first service while driving profitable top-line sales.

You will coordinate recruiting, training, and daily operations to meet brand standards and safety guidelines, support marketing and product rollouts, and focus on guest satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
• Basic computer literacy and math skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or equivalent
• Basic writing skills and ability to follow procedures
• Familiar with financial basics and cost control

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees
• Communicate job expectations to employees
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance
• Support development of team members
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals

• Assist in action plans for production, productivity, quality and service
• Review guest feedback and drive improvements
