Dunkin’ is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Massachusetts to support the Restaurant Manager in leading a Dunkin’ team and delivering great guest experiences while driving profitable top-line sales. You will help develop Crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

• Must have restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• Strong basic math and financial awareness for profitability.
