Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years as Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager in a customer service environment; must be 100% certified in all workstations.
• Must be 18+; must speak/read/write English; strong math, analytical, and organizational skills; integrity.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel to other locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; monitor staffing and ensure training systems are in place.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness; address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze operational and financial performance using management tools; implement action plans to improve sales, costs, and profitability.
