Jack in the Box is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead overall operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure food quality and safety. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team and adapt to changing priorities on a fast-paced shift.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, training, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to guests while managing a profitable restaurant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
