Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass training programs.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• English reading/writing proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in alignment with SPC and Brand Promise.
• Train and develop staff; manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, safety, and cleanliness; resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze operational data to drive sales and profitability and manage costs within budget.
