Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Internal Promote – 1+ years as a Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager in a customer service environment; External Recruit – 3 years as Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18; pass Assistant Manager training; ServSafe certified; strong English communication; interpersonal skills; basic math; organizational skills; initiative; PC skills; valid driver's license & travel as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Stand/walk 85–95% of shift; lift 10–65 lbs; operate restaurant equipment; use computer keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate employees; ensure staffing and training readiness; uphold policies and fair labor practices.
• External Service: train staff to deliver exceptional guest service and food quality; resolve guest concerns promptly; maintain brand image and cleanliness.
• Higher Profits: analyze operational and financial data; develop action plans to increase sales and profitability; monitor costs and adherence to budget.
