Qualifications

• Requires minimum 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager; 100% certified in all workstations.
• Must have strong English communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations; ability to manage guest concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees and ensure staff coverage and compliance.
• External Service: deliver exceptional guest experience, ensure food quality, and handle guest concerns with timely resolutions.
• Sales & Profits: monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and drive sales and profitability while protecting brand standards.
