Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+, ServSafe certified, and English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees and ensures compliance with labor laws.
• Manages daily operations to deliver outstanding guest service and food quality per JIB standards.
• Analyzes operational and financial performance to drive sales and profit within budget.
