Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager; 100% certified in all workstations.
• External Recruit: 3+ years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; ensure My Promise to You & SPC execution; create employee-friendly environment.
• External Service: ensure exceptional guest experience; train and hold team accountable for service and food quality; handle guest concerns professionally.
• Sales & Profits: analyze performance using management tools; focus on increasing sales/profits; monitor costs and adherence to budget.
