Jack in the Box is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee all unit operations within the Jack in the Box system in a high-volume environment. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain safety and brand standards, and drive sales and profits through disciplined operations and people development.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and a commitment to training and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Internal Promote: Minimum of 1+ years as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as First Assistant Manager; 100% certified in all workstations.
• External Recruit: Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; ensure training systems are implemented; promote internal candidates to management roles; maintain compliant, safe, and engaging restaurant environment.
• External Service: Deliver excellent guest service and food quality; train and hold team accountable; respond to guest concerns professionally; maintain brand image and service standards.
• Sales & Profits: Use management tools to analyze performance and trends; focus on increasing sales and profitability while respecting budgets and goals.
