IHOP is seeking a General Manager to direct the operations of an assigned unit, overseeing staff, guest relations, and adherence to SOPs. The role emphasizes developing teams, training programs, and achievement of annual financial and service objectives.

The GM will manage food quality, safety, and inventory while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering a superior guest experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOP and operations plan.
• Manage the restaurant floor, maintain guest contact, and handle complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for the unit.
