Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to learn and apply SOPs and HR policies.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws (federal, state, local).
• Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages restaurant operations and staff to execute company policies and systems.
• Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to managers and crew.
• Creates and maintains a Delight Every Customer environment.
• Conducts regular managers' meetings and action plans to improve ratings.
• Monitors food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Maximizes sales and profits by planning and controlling costs.
