Wendy's in the United States is seeking a General Manager for the Operations department. You will oversee restaurant operations, staff, and adherence to company policies to deliver a delightful guest experience.

This role develops leaders, manages performance, and drives sales and profitability while upholding food safety and brand standards. Strong coaching, HR practices, and adherence to Serve Safe requirements are expected.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 18 years old or older
• Minimum of 3 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry

• Manages the operations and staff of a restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
• Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew.
• Develops subordinates to maximize their contributions and future promotion opportunities; executes training and development.
• Ensures staffing levels and HR programs are properly executed, with performance feedback and appraisals.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies; develops restaurant plans and communicates priorities.
• Trains and reinforces food safety procedures; monitors quality, service, and cleanliness.
