You will drive profitability through effective cost control, inventory management, and payroll administration, ensure safety and sanitation compliance, and mentor the management and hourly staff to build a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management in full-service, high-volume settings.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Strong financial acumen and cost-control skills.
• Ability to maintain ARP quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to meet ARP quality standards, systems, and safety rules.
• Role model values and foster safe, guest‑focused culture.
• Develop management and hourly staff to support growth.
• Drive restaurant profitability through effective financial management.
• Ensure facility is well maintained and assets protected.
• Support new openings as required.
• Coach managers to maintain service and beverage standards.
• Monitor food quality and provide timely feedback.
• Oversee dining room, bar, and patio for smooth operations.
• Ensure staffing levels, attire, and appearance meet policy.
• Oversee payroll, invoices, and restaurant P&L understanding.
