Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations in our restaurant. You’ll focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, local marketing coordination, staff recruiting, safety, and teamwork.

You will also recruit and reward staff, enforce safety, analyze sales data, engage guests to boost sales, and support marketing initiatives while ensuring the restaurant is ready for new marketing windows and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervision/training experience.
