Job summary

Subway is looking for a Manager to focus on guest experience, high-quality food service, and restaurant upkeep. You will manage inventory, money controls, and local marketing outreach while recruiting and training staff.

The role requires strong communication, safety compliance, and the ability to analyze records to boost sales. Shifts include day/evening/weekends, with compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, with experience supervising and training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including awareness of local and national health and food safety codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready for new marketing windows.
• Planning special events and promotions.
