Subway is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations with emphasis on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and safety. You will manage inventory, money controls, staff recruitment and training, and uphold local health codes.

You’ll coordinate local marketing, engage with guests, and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly across shifts. The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and prior restaurant supervisory experience.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 2 years in a restaurant environment.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Excellent communicator with ability to interact with all team levels.
• Familiar with Point of Sale systems and money handling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and inviting.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Recruit staff and train team members.
• Support local marketing initiatives and plan promotions.
