Job summary

Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager in Woodburn, OR to oversee all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage profitability. The role requires open availability, accountability, and hands-on leadership to mentor the team, especially during peak hours.

Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing policies, managing labor and safety standards, and delivering consistent guest experiences while coordinating with District Manager and Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training & certificate.
• Prior experience with a POS System.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff, following training plans and company systems.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with laws and local regulations.
• Immediately report complaints or misconduct and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment and address incidents with HR/district manager.
