Ambrosia QSR in Salem, OR, seeks a capable General Manager to lead restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability. This full-time role requires open availability, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor the team to achieve performance targets.

You will oversee staff training, scheduling, food safety, and compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The position reports to the District Manager and includes growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check, including criminal history.
• Ensure compliance with all required training as mandated by laws and company policies.
• Maintain a working cell phone and communicate via text, phone calls and emails.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Growth-oriented leadership and development of people.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for management and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff to meet goals within the designated timeframe.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively and update on changes.
• Enforce policies, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Lead during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
• Oversee food safety and safety protocols, including postings and inspections.
• Manage labor costs with accurate sales projections and balanced schedules.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory controls, and asset protection.
