Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability. This full-time role requires open availability, strong accountability, and the ability to mentor the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead in food safety, quality control, and adherence to company policies, scheduling, and performance targets while maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training & certificate.
• Prior experience with a POS System.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings and communicate policy changes.
• Enforce policies and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Report and resolve any policy violations promptly with District Manager.
