Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability in Portland, OR. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and drive guest satisfaction across shifts. The role requires open availability, strong accountability, and adherence to safety standards.

You will oversee food safety, labor costs, and inventory while collaborating with district leadership to meet performance targets and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe training & certificate.
• Prior experience with a POS system.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff; conduct performance reviews on a set schedule.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff to meet goals within designated timeframes.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively and ensure staff are informed of policy changes.
• Enforce company policies and local regulations; maintain accurate employee records and timely submissions.
• Report any disruptions or policy violations to the District Manager; resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment with zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.
