Job summary

Ambrosia QSR in Corvallis, OR seeks a General Manager for full-time leadership of restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability. You will mentor staff, enforce food safety, and drive performance targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Open availability required; you’ll set goals, manage schedules, and coordinate with district leadership to ensure compliance, training, and daily operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training & certificate.
• Prior experience with a POS System.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff, following training plans and company systems.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively.
• Enforce company policies and maintain accurate employee records.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment free of harassment and discrimination.
