Ambrosia QSR in Beaverton, OR is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations. You will lead guest service, safety, and profitability with open availability and strong accountability.

Mentor the team and ensure adherence to company policies for peak-hour efficiency. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, scheduling, enforcing policies, maintaining safety standards, and controlling labor costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training & certificate.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and meet safety requirements.
• Open availability and flexible leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for management and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff to meet goals.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate policy changes.
• Enforce policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Report issues promptly to the District Manager and resolve them.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment with no harassment or discrimination.
• Greet guests warmly and strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee food safety, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Lead operations during peak hours to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Set goals, timelines and ensure performance targets are met.
• Oversee labor costs, scheduling, and accurate payroll.
• Maintain POS, inventory, and equipment with proper records.
• Communicate with DM, Director of Operations, and Support Center as needed.
