Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training and certificate.
• Experience with POS system.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development for management and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively.
• Enforce company policies, including compliance with laws and local regulations.
• Immediately report any complaints or employee behavior that violates policy and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment that does not tolerate harassment or discrimination.
