Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe training & certificate.
• Prior experience in a food-service or retail management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest service, safety, and profitability.
• Train and develop restaurant management and staff.
• Schedule and conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and company policies.
• Manage labor costs and inventory, and maintain accurate records.
