IHOP Layton is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead our team and drive restaurant performance. You will oversee financial objectives, local marketing, guest service, and HR, while coaching staff to meet SOPs and maintain high standards of quality and service.

With a focus on guest satisfaction, you will manage floor operations, recruitment, training, and retention, ensuring compliance, proper reporting, and timely decision-making to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.

• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Manage restaurant floor and maintain regular guest contact.
• Address guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees; coach staff per SOP.
• Oversee food quality, SOP adherence, and timely service.
