IHOP is seeking a General Manager to lead the operation of an assigned unit, building professional relationships with guests and team members while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will implement the Craft Training program for hourly staff, execute annual objectives, manage the floor and inventory, ensure food safety, and maintain SOP compliance to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential for managing a diverse team.
• Ability to implement training programs and drive guest satisfaction.

Mansioni

• Direct operation of the assigned IHOP unit and lead staff to meet SOPs and brand standards.
• Develop professional relationships with guests and employees to improve service quality.
• Implement Craft Training for all hourly employees to uplift unit operations and guest experience.
• Execute annual objectives for finances, marketing, guest service, and human resources.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; supervise performance and conduct coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, food safety, inventory, and safety procedures.
• Provide daily oversight of food quality, service timing, and guest satisfaction.
