Ilani in Ridgefield, WA is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities. You will coordinate with the Player Development team to cultivate guest visits and ensure outstanding service.

You will hire, train, coach, schedule, and support a restaurant team, uphold health and safety standards, manage Kronos timekeeping, and review daily shift reports to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years management experience in a high-quality, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems; able to train and coach staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily restaurant operations for FOH and BOH.
• Coordinate with Player Development team to cultivate guest visits.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule and support restaurant team.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to Health Department regulations.
• Oversee inventory, POS maintenance, and shift reports.
• Review Kronos timekeeping and ensure accurate payroll data.
