Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; RED or FHD acceptable.
• Three years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Two years’ Toast or Micros or similar POS experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility: evenings, weekends, holidays; up to 50 hrs/wk.

Responsibilities

• Promote superior guest service and maintain restaurant standards.
• Direct and manage FOH staff; hire, discipline, train, coach.
• Ensure cleanliness and health compliance; document discounts.
• Lead daily communications with FOH/BOH managers; write shift reports.
• Represent brand in guest interactions; uphold policies and safety.
