Job summary

Located on the Cowlitz Reservation in Ridgefield, ilani seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead front-of-house operations and coordinate with back-of-house teams to ensure daily excellence. You will supervise staff, maintain cleanliness and beverage/food knowledge, and ensure policies are followed with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
• Two (2) years’ Toast, Micros, or similar POS experience.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, holidays and high-volume days.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and stand for extended shifts.
• Strong wine, beer, cocktail, and food knowledge.
• Must adhere to health and safety measures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Lead, direct, and manage FOH staff including hiring, training and coaching.
• Communicate daily with FOH and BOH managers to review operations.
• Ensure policies are adhered to and safety standards are maintained.
• Provide leadership representing the brand to guests.
• Handle documentation and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Attend management meetings and complete shift reports.
• Maintain timeliness and accuracy of FOH Kronos punches.
