Job summary

ilani, located in Ridgefield, Washington, seeks an experienced restaurant operations supervisor to assist the General Manager and lead the team in delivering superior guest service.

You will guide daily FOH/BOH operations, oversee staffing, scheduling, and training, and ensure compliance with safety, health and brand standards. The role requires coordinating with leadership to control costs while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ supervisory experience in a high-quality restaurant environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, schedule, and assess staff performance.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Two (2) years’ Toast, Micros, or similar POS experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, holidays.

• Monitor revenue and adjust staffing to meet projections.
• Assist in inventory management and menu/POS updates.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure timekeeping accuracy.
