Job summary

Cowlitz Indian Tribe's ilani Casino Resort in Ridgefield, WA, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead all FOH operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold health and safety standards. You will supervise front-of-house staff, coordinate with BOH, and drive daily performance.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 3+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, and familiarity with Toast/Micros.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience withToast and Micros or similar POS platforms.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Manages discounts, voids, and transactions.
• Leads FOH staff on hiring, discipline, training, and coaching.

• Collaborates with Restaurant Manager and HR on personnel matters.
• Ensures safe and sanitary food practices and health regulations.
• Oversees beverage orders as directed.
• Writes shift reports and emails them to management team.
