Eurest, a division of Compass Group USA, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the Ilani Casino location in Ridgefield, WA. You will direct associates during a shift, ensuring tasks meet quality and safety standards while maintaining policy adherence.

The role requires supervisory experience and involves organizing training and schedules, evaluating performance, and serving as a point of contact for staff. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are met.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and address disciplinary matters as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
