Job summary

Ilani, located on the Cowlitz Reservation in Ridgefield, Washington, seeks a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to provide clear vision and ensure daily execution of the guest experience. The ideal candidate has 3 years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, 2 years Toast/Micros POS experience, strong leadership and communication skills,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• 2 years’ Toast, Micros, or similar POS experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service and positive culture.
• Leads FOH staff regarding hiring, discipline, training, and coaching.
• Ensures cleanliness and safe, sanitary food practices.
• Documents and administers discounts, voids, comps, and transactions.
• Writes shift reports and communicates with management.
• Maintains Kronos timekeeping and department records.
• Represents brand to guests and coordinates with HR.
