Torchy’s Tacos in Liberty Township, Ohio, seeks an Assistant Managing Partner to lead both BOH and FOH operations, uphold food safety and quality, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will hire, train, and schedule teams, manage food costs and labor, mentor staff, and drive local store marketing while ensuring regulatory compliance and a Damn Good guest journey.

Formación

• 3+ years of restaurant management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams while maintaining high operational and hospitality standards.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and inventory.
