Torchy's Tacos is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead both back- and front-of-house operations in a Denver venue. You will drive food quality, safety, hospitality, and community engagement while aligning with Torchy's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced setting (kitchen and guest areas).
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams while upholding high standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations best practices.
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH and FOH operations to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure menu items meet high standards with scratch-made quality and attention to detail.
• Lead local store marketing initiatives to build community connections and drive traffic.
• Hire, train, and schedule team members to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering growth and accountability.
