Torchys Tacos is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead both BOH and FOH operations across our restaurants. You will drive food quality, safety, hospitality, and community engagement while aligning with our mission and values.

This role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control to deliver a Damn Good guest experience. You will supervise shifts, mentor team members, and implement action plans from assessments to continuously improve operations and guest

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• Certified ServSafe Manager and state alcohol-server.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead BOH and FOH operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Support local store marketing and community engagement.
• Hire, train, and schedule team members; develop future leaders.
• Manage food costs, labor, and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure recipes are followed with accurate portioning and weights.
• Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead shifts with focus on quality, speed, hospitality, and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement from Mystery Shop and assessments.
• Provide training and development; perform additional duties as needed.
