Torchy’s Tacos is seeking a Managing Partner (Restaurant GM) to lead a high-performing team and drive profitable operations in a busy setting. You will recruit, train, and develop Managers and Team Members across FOH and BOH, while aligning with company standards and growth goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong inventory and budget planning, and active participation in regional meetings. A passion for Damn Good food and community impact is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or above.
• State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
• Full Casual Dining experience, a plus.
• Hands-on experience in all facets of FOH and BOH.
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods of time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, a plus.

Responsabilités

• Building strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Managers and Team Members.
• Responsible for the successful and profitable operations of a restaurant.
• Directing Management Team, including setting weekly schedules and assigning areas of responsibility.
• Planning, preparing, and overseeing inventories and budgets.
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L.
• Verifying training standards are maintained.
• Overseeing restaurant cleanliness.
• Developing Team Members and Managers through training on policies.
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures.
• Acting as liaison with store vendors and HQ contacts.
• Attending weekly and quarterly regional meetings.
