Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day‑to‑day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen, guest service, and staff performance while ensuring safety and quality.

The position requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include weekly pay, competitive pay, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of leading teams.
• Experience in restaurant or retail management is required (3+ years).
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates work and training schedules for crewmembers.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation.
