Job summary

CiCi's Pizza in Frisco, TX seeks an experienced restaurant leader to drive daily operations, sales growth and profitability. You will model guest service excellence, lead shifts, recruit and develop team members, ensure GER compliance, and manage cash handling, payroll, and scheduling under the GM's guidance.

The role requires a strong communicator with a positive attitude, flexibility for 50-hour weeks, and the ability to travel between locations. SERV Safe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• SERV Safe certification is preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid State issued driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between restaurants.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating and encouraging excitement and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed and demonstrate high proficiency in restaurant operations.
• Build sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop team members and shift leaders.
• Maintain GER compliance with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Follow cash handling procedures including daily bank deposits.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure equipment is well-kept.
• Uphold cleanliness standards per schedules.
• Submit HR paperwork promptly under GM guidance.
• Ensure schedules are completed by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Take disciplinary actions under GM direction with AC and HR consultation.
• Complete weekly administrative duties and report to Support Center as required.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and attend scheduled meetings.
