Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a proactive General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Garland, TX. You will drive sales, manage profitability, and supervise Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistants while upholding Cicis’ guest promise.

You will coordinate scheduling, training, and HR processes, ensuring compliance, cash handling accuracy, inventory controls, and adherence to brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple restaurants.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and maintain a positive attitude while modeling Cicis Guest promise.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
• Build sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop team members and supervisors.
• Maintain GER compliance with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, including deposits.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Uphold cleanliness standards with regular checklists.
• Process HR paperwork with GM oversight.
• Complete schedules by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Address disciplinary actions with Area Coach and HR.
• Complete weekly admin tasks and submit to Support Center.
• Follow POP requirements and participate in local marketing.
• Attend scheduled meetings.
