This position requires a high school diploma, SERV Safe preferred, ability to work 50 hours weekly, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and a positive attitude are essential.

Aufgaben

• Provide Leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed, setting example in operations.
• Responsible for Building Sales and managing restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain GER compliance with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, including daily deposits.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure equipment is maintained in excellent condition.
• Uphold Cicis cleanliness standards with daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Assist GM with HR paperwork and timely submissions.
• Ensure schedules are completed by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Execute corrective actions in disciplinary situations with Area Coach and HR.
• Complete weekly paperwork and administrative duties as required.
• Follow all POP requirements and engage in local marketing initiatives.
• Attend and participate in scheduled meetings.
