Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, manage, direct, and develop staff to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.
• Ensure guests leave satisfied and become repeat customers.
• Open/close restaurant as needed and adjust staffing, inventory, and food cost controls.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and adherence to laws and policies.
• Assist with administrative duties and problem resolution as they arise.
