Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop team members for a great guest experience.
• Ensure guests leave satisfied and become repeat customers.
• Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback during shifts.
• Create a positive, energetic atmosphere during shifts.
• Manage food, paper, labor, and guest service efficiently.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as needed.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, and food cost; complete weekly inventory.
• Support administrative tasks and maintain records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints with care.
• Uphold safety, sanitation standards and comply with laws.
