Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily Drive-In operations alongside the General Manager. You will hire, train, supervise, and develop a team to deliver a high‑quality, safe, and efficient guest experience.

The role emphasizes leadership in fast-paced conditions, profitability awareness, and strong communication. Availability for irregular hours, including nights and weekends, is required to support a SuperSONIC experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience in food service or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to train and develop staff.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of P&L concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, supervising, and developing staff.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain quality, safety, and guest experience.
• Manage shifts and scheduling.
• Monitor profitability and help exceed weekly/monthly targets.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team.
