The role requires strong leadership, adaptability during rushes, and a focus on continuous improvement. Franchise location with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months restaurant management (QSR) or one year retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask.
• Appearance, uniform and hygiene standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, supervising, managing, directing and developing staff to serve a SuperSONIC experience.
• Ensure guests leave satisfied to encourage repeat visits.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost; adjust as needed.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as required.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest requests and resolve complaints.
