• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or equivalent.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Follow directions and work autonomously when needed.
• Adhere to appearance and hygiene standards.

• Manages, trains, and coaches Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns staff to meet service standards.
• Ensures compliance with employee handbook and policies.
• Performs opening and closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory, and food costs.
• Completes weekly inventory.
• Supports administrative tasks and documentation.
• Reinforces customer service mindset and resolves guest requests.
