SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in running the drive-in, trains and leads team members, carhops and skating carhops, and ensures safe, clean, and efficient operations.

You’ll handle openings/closes, staffing, inventory, and admin tasks, deliver great guest experiences, and respond to guest requests while upholding SONIC standards.

Formación

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience or one year entry-level retail management.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Willingness to follow appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control.
• Completes weekly inventory as needed.
• Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files, records and all required documentation.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
• Immediately and respectfully responds to guest requests and assists in resolving complaints.
