SONIC Drive-In is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure a memorable guest experience across all shifts.

Responsibilities include managing staffing levels, inventory, and cost controls while upholding safety and sanitation standards. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, within a franchise setting.

Formación

• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for guest service and staff coaching.
• Ability to manage shift operations, inventory, and costs.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop team members to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, and food cost controls; perform weekly inventory as needed.
• Complete opening and/or closing duties and maintain sanitation standards.
